Privacy policy
Effective August 19, 2026
This policy explains how PitsiUI handles information when you visit our marketing website or contact us. We keep the site simple and collect only what is needed to run it, keep it secure, and respond to you.
Information we collect
You may choose to give us personal information when you contact us, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
When you visit the website, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically receive limited technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, and the date and time of your request. The website may also save a theme preference in your browser so it can remember how you chose to view the site.
How we use information
We use information only where reasonably necessary to:
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
- understand and troubleshoot technical problems;
- respond to messages and requests; and
- meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
Cookies and local storage
PitsiUI does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this marketing website. A small amount of browser storage may be used for essential preferences, such as your selected theme. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide any controls required by law.
Third-party services and links
We use service providers to host and deliver the website. Some pages may also load media from third-party content providers or link to other websites. Those providers may receive technical information needed to deliver the content, and their own privacy policies apply to how they handle it. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not control.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information with vendors that help us run the website, when required by law or a valid legal request, or when needed to prevent harm, fraud, or misuse. If PitsiUI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including to respond to a request, maintain security records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or applicable laws change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top of the page.
